I drove 60 highway miles and it's quite possibly the worst car I've ever been in. I timed a 60-75 acceleration and it took 14 seconds. No lie.
You think that is bad? I once had a 2000 Ford Escort for a loaner. I tried to merge onto the freeway and so I punched it and nothing happened at all. I expected it to gear down and give me some juice, but I swear I heard the car go, yeah right dude...whatever...I had to veer back into the slow lane until I was completely clear to scoot over in that fucking snail.
