after you pull the white plastic cover off the back (without breaking the clips) you will notice all the A/T bulbs are on the other side all the other bulbs are twist off and can be changed in the back without takeing it appart but the P R N D 2 1 bulbs are installed on the face side of the circut board and not the back PCB side , you don't have to pull the needles but the gauges have to be pulled off the board to get to the bulbs ...
