hi. can anyone give me some comment on some useful tools when working with cars. these are the things i am planning on getting, can you please tell me what a good brand/type i should look into. besides it is the price i am looking to spend.

air compressor - 300
air impact wrenches - 200
sander/grinder - 200
spray gun - 200
eletric welder - 400

i will need them for welding metal, sanding, and paint. is that possible? i really appreciate it. thanks.
