Those hotdog carts are all over the place in Tijuana at night in front of the clubs. Great snack for the walk back to the border. We called them 'ratdogs', but they were really good. The hotdog had a piece of bacon wrapped around it, grilled, with plenty of toppings of your choice(ketchup, mustard, mayo, hot sauce, relish, chopped onions and tomatos). Yum
