Those look suspiciously like Maryland tags... being a fellow MD resident, and previous '92 GSR owner, I wonder where on EARTH this guy/girl (seriously, what girl would do THIS) lives? Where do these people come from?
I can only hope it was staged for that picture only. Wouldn't that come off at any speed above, say, 30? good God...
