ok, i just noticed in maybe the past month there is 2 bumps in the top my hood, right where the driver's side hinge is. like the bolts holding it on are coming through or something. the paint is perfect still. I've never taken my hood off. and the only time it came off was when was replaced cause of a front end collision last october.

anyone have a problem like this ? how to fix it ? i have no idea what could have caused it.
