Since I have been slimming down what is carried with me on camping trips it works out great. I usually bring dehydrated food packs with me so I boil up some water and dinner is served. Of course I have to have my coffee so I got the coffee press kit with it. It also does fine if you put a small pan on it and want to cook that way.

takes up minimal space and is barely noticeable as far as weight goes. I paid $89 for mine and I would say it was well worth it to me.
