get that wheel from ebay. you can easily find one for less than 50 bucks.
or get one from the junk yard, they'll probably give you one for like 100 bucks w/ the tire.

and ur better off not fixing that wheel cause your balance will be way off, even after balancing them, they'll loose it again.
