OK, hold up a second. This is all the press release says:
The new H.O. Intercooled ProCharger system for 1999-2000 Civic Si applications produces an industry-leading 75-80% hp gain on stock VTEC DOHC motors running pump gas. Featuring a new 7" self-contained ProCharger model and air-to-air intercooler system as standard equipment, this new ProCharger system produces the largest power gains available for Honda applications. The supercharger system is 100% complete, and also features the easiest installation of any system for the Honda, with no need for oil lines, modification of the timing belt, or the hassles associated with air-to-water intercooling.
All that says is you get a centrifugal blower and air-air intercooler. Is there some other article I haven't seen from which you're drawing all of these claims?
