theres lots of good info about it on h-t and yes it can definately be done.

theres the easier H23 crank and rods with h22 pistons, or a crank can be offset ground (changes stroke) down to use b-series rods and custom pistons. F23 cranks can also be reworked as well to fit in a 98-01 h22a4 blocks (55mm mains)
