You can use 205 50s, but the wheel gap will get bigger and look dumb. It'll also throw the speedo off a noticeable amount. As far as weight capacity, I don't think that is a big problem. Just stick with 205 55s and you'll be fine.

I would only reccomend a 205 50 in a drag radial or something that will be not used on the street alot.
