Just pull out anything A/C related. It is probably the most fun you will have working on your car. Start at the firewall and remove everything including the dryer, belt, condenser, all related relays, compressor, lines, and drivers side fan. Total weight savings will be ~28 lbs. I stopped at the firewall because if the evaporator is removed without a block off plate, the ducts will not be functional and the blower and heat won't work properly anymore.
