when i was a senior in HS & while in college, i did 10 miles in the morning & 10-15 miles in the evening 6 days a week......my best 10-mile was 52 minutes
then one day i was running a cross-country event, came over a hill, stepped in a hole & bent my knee 90 degrees in a direction it wasn't meant to bend
now i couldn't run 2 miles if somebody was chasing me :sad:
