How much fluid is leaking from the shifter arm?

I would be very hesitant to deal with it unless it was a large problem because you will have to remove the transmission and then crack open the case to get to anything.

There is an oil seal according to my Helms manual but I can't locate it on that diagram. Maybe you should call up the dealership and see if they stock the part.
