I say turbo. With the same amount (4800? damn thats more then enough for the turbo

) you can get more power/torque. You can also save some if you search for parts.
Ex intake manifold (I got mine for 150 complete)
exhaust manifold (HF manifold off a 88-91 CRX with a adapter plate welded on. Or something like a Greddy manifold.
Full Race had a GB a while back on manifolds)

SMC with DSM 450cc injectors for fuel management ( I

turbopanda's 1st gen Supra piston/B16 rod combo for 500.
He was running 1.2 bar (whats that? ~15 psi?) going down the 400m (guess thats about the 1/4 mile heh) in a fully loaded sedan 13.4 @ 183km/hr. You can do the converting
And a side mount IC. Off a Starion or something.
