I got my TRU shipment (2 boxes). :angry:

Voyager Class Ironhide = Pushed in window. One corner of the packaging is all window. That got mauled. If I saw this on the shelf, I'd pass it up.

Robot Heroes OP vs Ravage = card bent, bubble separated from the card. This took a hit.

TRU didn't use good packing material (foam peanuts, crumpled craft paper) they used those little inflatable bag strips. They didn't use enough of them. They just threw everything into a box that was way too big, and didn't use enough of those inflatable bag strips. All the stuff in the box was basically loose. :madr:

The real gear robots made it intact because they laid flat in box. All the cards are warped (to be expected), but everything is good.

I'm pissed off about the Ironhide. I'll probably wait until I see a good one at Target and swap it out.

EDIT: TRU customer service issued me a UPS call tag for the mushed Op vs Ravage.

Even though we ordered the same items, your shipment came in three boxes. Hopefully that means that your loot survived shipping better than mine. (Though I'm willing to bet your Ironhide is messed up like mine is)
