I went to
Brennan's (have to include the obligatory plug, love that place) and picked me up some beautiful fresh roma tomatoes, some fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella.
Slice 'n dice, a bit of salt & pepper here, a little first cold pressing extra virgin olive oil there, a drizzle of 18 year-old balsamic vinegar (between the tomatoes and basil) and oh man I am in heaven.
