That V12 is sexy as hell. Carbon fiber intake manifolds with a throttle for each bank of cylinders, very nice stainless headers... Yum.
The V6 while still a pushrod, is the same displacement and output as the Nissan VQ35DE in base trim (i.e. the Altima, Pathfinder and QX4) so that's realatively commendable. Of course the same basic motor makes 255 hp in the Maxima/I35, 260 hp in the G35 sedan and 287 hp in the 350Z and G35 coupe but that's another story.
And of course it has a timing belt, pushrod motors still have a cam. It's just located between the two cylinder banks rather than in the heads themselves. The pulley directly over the crank is a cam. That's why you'll never see a pushrod inline-configuration motor...there's nowhere to really put the cam.
