From what I'm told, the "night markets" are sprawling. Lots of food and street vendors. I guess there's access to factories too. I really don't know what I'm shopping for, but I'll figure it out when I'm there.
I've always wanted to head to Asia, but I don't like being a tourist at all. I'd like to go, not feel 100% lost, and constantly in a discovery mode.
From my travel experiences just dont be affraid... take public transport, ask people help if you're lost. Also ask them where to go eat and what to see
dont ask the hotels concierges.
i have alwais travelled where people i could kinda comunicate with people using the different language i know and signs and maps (lkucke Jennies knows the language). carry a map of the city!
You will undoutbly feel lost at the begining of the trip but 2 days in and you will be at ease for sho! Take a shit load of picture or you will regret it. Dont delete any pics until you come back! Dont feel embarrased to show that you're a tourist cause usually people are nice to tourists...
