This is a great idea. Being busy at work will help get rid of some of the nerves too. Lunch is usually really casual, low key, no pressure...almost not even a date.
Only choices are Togos, Japenise, or Chillies.
Only issue is 30 min lunch break, and 2 people NEVER go on lunch at the same time, even if we did 30 minutes isn't much to get food eat and talk.
