China is a bad example, the information the public gets there is censored by the govt. Hell the Chinese govt runs the internet through a proxy to remove stuff they don't like.

TO compare 2 countries, both should be develloped arround the same. I mean if you were to ask people in Congo anything about this they would be confused as fuck. But then again the dont care, they are only trying to survive and eat.
