i called fedex customer serv. the guy said that a mistake might have been made. the package is probably still in a local sort facility. he said he would inform them that the package is being shipped to the wrong destination. What i think happened was that the seller of the item changed the shipping address to norfolk where his buddy lives, so that he can keep the armrest and my money and blame it on fedex.........and not get negative feedback. this guy has about 35 feedback. mostly positive, but the 3 negative ones are pretty bad. that f*cker
