yes that can definatly be the problem. you have altered the rotational weight which will require an adjustment for compensation in your fuel map & possibly a slight timming change due to the weight change.

Noticable difference, especially at idle.

obviously it would be more promenent after the car is warmed up due to the lower rpm's that it would be sitting at durring this time vs. cold start.
