You dont have to take the bumper off.... just find the screws under the grille with the bumper still on and take them off.. then at the top take off all the screws or whatever they are called and just undo the bumper inbetween the headlights and the grille and slide the grille up. What i did for mesh was take the plastic of and use a dremel tool to cut the plastic grille piece out of the plastic frame, dont cut the frame. After you do that sand the frame down smooth where you cut the grille from. then slide your cut mesh piece inbetween the grille and the plastic piece and screw them together again.
