i went on vacation this weekend and didnt do too good. i missed workout thursday & friday and friday night for dinner i had some chips & cheese dip as an appetizer to grilled chicken and saturday i had some bloomin' onion as an appetizer to bbq chicken

I cheat every once in a while.....
But I lost alot of muscle as well, most of my weight was from that damn Creatine, but i feel alot better after my body has adjusted.
