shit like this annoys the hell out of me, these journalists enter a warzone knowing full well the risks and when he dies his family gets pissed and now Spain feels it has the right to attempt and arrest our soldiers.
this is nothing more than collatoral damage in a war that the reporter knew he was in the middle of. fucking pathetic, glad to see the US sent a F U to Spain on this one

edit: just read a previous article on this as well....apperently one of the judges is asking that they freeze the soldiers US assets in the event of monetary decisions...that is absolutely fucking disgusting and i still dont see how thats going to happen
