I just ran 8.32 miles in 80min and burned 1123 calories

Since my wife took the camera's to work today I took cell phone pics. If you guys want better pics then I'll take them when she gets home.

The pics are attached below. The time kept blinking so every time I took a pic the time wouldn't show up...but I finally timed it right. There are multiple pics to show mileage and laps.


Don't feel too bad tho guys...I've been running hard for over a month now
