i'm not all that great at running but i'm really trying to get into it. i hate the treadmill but i don't mind running outside. rained today though so didn't get a chance to use my nike+.
my goal is to do 25 miles a week between the elliptical and running. probably 7-8 miles of actual running and the rest on the elliptical.
i did 5.38 miles in 45 minutes on the elliptical today.
