Well, if you'd like to keep it an automatic, you'll need to find a 1997+ donor Prelude with the SportShift 4-speed automatic in it and transplant it into the Accord.

My guess is that you'd run low 15-second quarter mile times, maybe mid-15's on a bad day. The automatic will severely blunt your performance, and in my mind, if you're making that much of a commitment towards performance, you ought to just get the manual anyhow.
