Fresh Off the Boat

basically someone not adjusted to US culture/way of life.

i, and pretty much every other asian, makes fun of fobs for various reasons.

There are FOBS that are truly fresh, so its understandable that they havent adjusted, but I have worked with and interacted with FOBs that have been here 15-20 or more years and still talk/dress/act like the minute they came here.
