Engineering right?
Math should be a breeze. It's basic algebra/trig stuff, similar to the SAT's.
Verbal sucks, but structured similar to the SATs. The words are more obscure than the SATs, if you want to do well you will need to review your vocab. Luckily, this is also the least important section.
Last part is an argumentative essay. So, there's really no good way to practice for this than to write constantly, or to read good argumentative articles and try to pick out good writing techniques.

All in all I spent maybe a month worth of nights preparing.
