well being may i doubt any of the state campgrounds in the TC area will be full.... lets get some more voices and a def date.
im good for either of those two weekends. i will be going home on the 18 and 19th and i could load up a lot of my camping gear then...as thats the next time i go north. that same weekend i could contact campgrounds get us a spot. then its just a matter of sitting down and plotting a drive if we wanted one..otherwise its all logistics of getting to the campground...and then we would be set...we could hit a couple places in TC ...some good eats up there.... some things to see... but mainly we would be set. honestly, now that i think of it, more than likely i would go home to the parents and grab a truck the weekend we go...that way i could get us a good bit of firewood and whatnot...so i might need a ride-along if we did a peninsula run , i live 45 minutes from the TC area so that wouldnt be a bad deal
talk to your girl, see what would work best for you...im in for the 26th if you really want to do may... better chance of nicer weather. lets see if lee would be down... maybe hammy could take a weekend to go north and chill with some boys. and indiana ohio border boys that might want to be in.
it dont take much to do a quick weekend camping trip though.
maybe end of summer we can plan a trip to the UP, my uncle just bought 80 acres...undeveloped surrounded by state land...beautiful from what i hear...canoe and kayak stashed up there. west of marquette though
