you can get a pimp place for $500K in the Phoenix area. At least 2000sqft with at least a 3 car garage, pool, and in a real nice area. Check out Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, and Tempe. You can definatly find something you like if that is your price range.
