Also, sperm can live up to 2 weeks inside the womans vagina, which type varies though (I can't recall the terms, but basically there are different types of sperm, some act "decoys" basically so that when the womans immune and body defenses against outside contaminants sense a "threat" the decoys get the bulk of it while the others forge on through the egg. )
