Actally there is the other person factor in sex too. There are certain pills that can cancel out the effect of the birth control pill. And just like in a car accident you wear the seatbelt expecting not to fucking die, she took the birth control pill expecting not to get pregnant. Therefore the pregnancy was an accident.
