My father has had two congestive heart faliures in the last 5 years. Watching him with tubes coming out of everywhere wasn't easy. He's battling kidney issues and high blood pressure at the moment.

All that I can say is to just vibe with him. Don't argue over stupid shit with him, and make him laugh when you see him in a good mood Perception is all we really have, so I do my best to give my Pops what he wants. Good conversation, good food, good laughs. I don't know when his time is going to be up.. shit... I might go before him, who knows.

I bet you're one of his Heros, so keep your shit clean and just be there for him.
