I just put on KYB-AGX struts last weekend and the rear lower strut bolts were a biotch! I used about half a can of WD-40 and a breaker bar. They were the original OEM struts on a 94 with 115k miles. I live in Oklahoma so there isn't much rust but they were seized up pretty bad.
As far as the washers to fix the camber..
basiccly you want 1 washer for each 1/2 inch of drop. Since you will need 4 washers you will probably want to buy longer bolts. The washers go on the upper link where it bolts into the frame/body.
