Any suggestions for iPod integration to my radio (with NAV) ?

This one looks good. The instructions they show on the Acura shows them pulling the storage unit out, and there is a connector back there. Has anyone done this?

Any guidence is appreciated. I tried the FM transmitter and it sucks big time! I will do this myself. I don't trust anyone with my baby!
