There is a similar brush by black magic. There's a wheel brush (for the face of the wheels) and a spokes brush (for the sides of the spokes and the inner rim) and I think they're 12 bucks for the wheel brush and 10 for the spoke brush.

I use the super wheel cleaner (purple spray bottle, forgot the brand name) and spray it on the wheels. Works pretty well in getting brake dust off and it seems to really clean the calipers as well. But I spray it on, hose it off and then still wash it using soap and water with the wheel brushes.
