Well im new to the board, i just picked up a new 95 Honda Dx, its a pretty sweet car but im wanting to beat my friend who has a 01 Trans Am WS6. Its like his pride and joy, and i would love to beat him. He doesnt really race it that much on the street, but he said if i really wanted to he would race me and kill me, so im wanting to figure out what i can do to beat him.

Right now my car is stock, and its a manual. His car is an auto, so i have the advantage there! Hopefully that will give me some help, what kind of person buys an auto sports car? Makes it so much slower haha.

Now im thinking i wont have to do much to keep up, they are heavy as hell unlike my civic, so like what would i have to do? How about I/H/E? Right now hes stock, Also, hes planning on doing some head and cam work over the summer or something, so id love to beat him after he does all of that too.

So what do i need to do? Whats a good intake and exhaust and header? I want to show him what an import can do. Also, i only have like 500 dollars to spend right now, but im hoping thats enough to beat him.
