2000 Odyssey

The intermittant wipers do not work, and the wipers will not park (they're on continuously when the key is on).

So far I have replaced the wiper switch and the wiper motor, but neither fixed the problem.

Now I'm suspecting the intermittant wiper relay maybe? Does this sound reasonable?

I have a wiring diagram for my vehicle, but it does not say WHERE the relay is located. I've looked around both under dash fuse boxes, but nothing is marked as a wiper relay. Does anyone know where I might find this? Also what does it look like?
