Anyway... I appreciate your confidence but be careful about other years & different cars.

Honda used 4 or more different fan control schemes over the years. So it's important to say what year car you're talking about. There's been 7 generations of Accord that are very different from each other.

Pretty much ALL of them have the primary fan switch in the thermostat housing (lower radiator hose) for when the car is running.

Certain years have the 2nd fan switch located in the head rather than in the upper radiator hose nozzle.

My '98 has NO 2nd switch, and the fan is NOT able to run after switching off the engine.
