There are very few V let alone Z rated tires in either the 195-65-15 or 215-60-15 tire sizes.

You are much better off looking at a 16" or 17" rim. and your tire selection will be huge. Especially if you go for a 16x7 or 17x7 rim.

17x7 would give you the option of a 225-45-17 one of the most popular tire sizes on the market. You should be able to find a decent rim at the tirerack very cheap without issue.
