 at all the comments!!

I actually slammed on the brakes and ran out to the little girl. I scolded her (without approaching her and without being vulgar) and immeadiately asked for her parents. The park was full of people (soccer game) and they all got really quiet when they heard me yelling at this little girl. Her dad came over and saw the damage and how upset I was and said "I'll pay for it."

I took his info down and got 4 quotes. Had to deal with his oldest son (late 20's early 30's) who initally refused to pay. I gathered facts, read him statutory law and explained that I have no qualms about taking him to court, recovering my actual costs for repair which would be the highest estimate (1700) and my rental for a similar vehicle (premium full size) and my attorney costs (small claims roughly 3k).

He said, "I guess you're the smart one here huh...just take it to the shop and I'll pay for it and I'll get the rental."

I haven't seen the guy at all, but I don't think he wants to meet me. Sad thing is, they live like 1 minute from me and I kinda feel bad for berating that girl (she was practicing her softball pitch) but she shouldn't have been tossing the rocks into the road.

Whatever right? If I keep the TL, I'm getting the clear bra.. if not, I'm trading it in for an X5 or a 335.
