I was thinking of doing something similar to my (Aussie) '01 Honda Legend, but couldn't get the grill off the car even after I removed the 5 nuts and 2 philips-head screws that seem to hold the grilll on. (When I try to pull it off, it seems like there's still something holding it on at the centre of the top edge.) If you could share your experiences, that'd be great.

Also, what did you use for the horizontal chrome strips and where did you find them?
