My chest is starting to flatten out the moobs so I am happy with my results in such a short period of time. Just stacked another ten to my workout weight and maintaining body weight at 220 which is ok with me.
I need to get working on my abs a bit more though. Probably need to devote about 30% of my workout to it in fact because I really want it gone by summer.
