if its the ones that you jus pull out one at a time, then i use 2-3 and then i use the last one to open the door.

if its the ones with the handle/lever thing and you tear it off, i make it come out, wash my hands, then tear that piece off to use to get more paper towels. repeat once. then using the last one, i open the door.
