Default Sell the HX for a VX?

So I'm thinking of selling my HX for a VX...Help me out here.

I've got a 96 HX w/ 245K on it. Is going to need new clutch, very very small oil leak, and the pass window just broke. Body is pristine, interior is pristine and engine still is strong, still pulls 40 mpg.

Thing is, I've always kinda liked the VX, had a chance to buy one back in the day but bought an old GSXR instead. Found one locally today, got home, got my tax refund and can buy it w/ that money straight up, and then sell the HX to get some back.

1995 VX only has 115K on it, all maitenance up to date, and can get 50+ mpg. It is hooked up a little (mild suspension, intake, stereo - you know the basics, kinda like my HX), but thats all I want. No power windows, steering - but thats fine by me - more stuff to break.

Opinions? Help a man out I love my HX but I've always loved those 92-95 hatchs the most. And keep in mind, I am buying this car BECAUSE of the VX engine, I WANT to get 50 mpg and have a fun car that can zip around town and moutain roads rather than an 11 s quarter mile - I have other toys for that (not that there is anything wrong with making a civic do that...)

Of course, I could just take that money from taxes, fix the HX and put on that suspension that I've been eyeing...

thanks!
