that is funny and true! when i use the dealer they dont 'print out' all of the charges to 'save paper'. cheapos. its really just a way for them to charge more and get away with it. i remember 1 yr, a dealer worked on my car and charged me for 11 cans of brake cleaner. i wanted adjusted and cleaned brakes for my car, not all of them on the lot. i didnt notice them blinding me in the glow of cleanilness when i picked the car up.. they grudgingly took off 10 cans and some labor..i looked at the labor charge and there is no way a dealer spent that much time on my car, as busy as they r daily.. my car also smelled like french fries, so i gather they took it to get everyones lunch that day aka the test drive..
