Hmm... a 4 door in the 13's...

stock B16, rev-hard turbo kit, AEM EMS, and an LSD should get you there with some decent tires, the LSD will help your 60' more than anything, which means it'll also help your day-to-day driving.

Anyways, that's what I'd put together if I were just looking for 13's. Figure ~$2200 total parts and pieces for the engine, another $2k for the EMS, $1500 for the turbo kit, and the LSD would depend on where you get it, obviously buying a swap with a JDM tranny with stock LSD would be the cheapest way. Those are all very high estimates BTW... I like to set myself up to spend more than I probably will
